DOOR POLICY
1. Age & ID Verification
- Minimum Age: All guests must be 18 years or older to enter. Acceptable forms of ID include valid passports, UK driving licenses, or government-issued ID cards.
- ID Checks: All guests must present a valid form of ID upon request for entry. Refusal to show ID will result in denied entry.
2. Dress Code
- Smart Casual: Fibre encourages a stylish dress code. No sportswear, workwear, or items with offensive language or imagery will be permitted.
- Pride of Identity: Fibre is an inclusive venue, welcoming all individuals. We encourage personal expression, but management reserves the right to refuse entry if attire is deemed inappropriate.
3. Guest Lists & Reservations
- Priority Entry: Guests on Fibre’s official guest list or with reservations will receive priority entry but must still adhere to all entry policies.
- No Guaranteed Entry: Being on the guest list or holding a reservation does not guarantee entry, which is subject to capacity and behaviour considerations.
4. Prohibited Items & Security Checks
- Bag and Coat Checks: For safety, random bag checks may be conducted by security. We also recommend leaving large bags at home, as cloakroom space is limited.
- Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or outside drinks are allowed on the premises. Any such items will be confiscated, and entry will be denied.
5. Barred Individuals
- Barred List Enforcement: Fibre enforces a strict barred list. Any individual on this list will be denied entry, and no exceptions will be made.
- Indefinitely Barred Individuals: Any individual deemed to be barred indefinitely will not be allowed further access and a manager cannot overrule this.
- Incident Logging: Door staff will document any barred individuals attempting to enter the venue for future reference.
6. Entry Refusal
- Discretionary Entry: Fibre reserves the right to refuse entry at the discretion of the door staff or management. Reasons for refusal may include:
- Excessive intoxication
- Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour
- Non-compliance with the dress code or guest list policy
- Safety concerns
7. Re-entry Policy
- Re-entry Restrictions: Guests who leave the venue after midnight may not be permitted back inside unless authorized by management.
8. VIP Entry
- VIP Guests: Guests with VIP bookings will have dedicated priority entry. However, they must still meet all entry requirements, including age, dress code, and behaviour expectations.
9. Capacity & Venue Control
- Capacity Limits: Fibre operates in compliance with strict capacity regulations. Once the venue reaches capacity, a “one in, one out” policy will apply.
- Event-Specific Entry: For special events, only ticket holders or those on designated event lists will be granted access.
10. Handling Disputes
- Conflict Resolution: In the event of disputes over entry, door staff will act as the first point of contact. Any unresolved issues may be escalated to management.
11. Safety & Security
- CCTV Monitoring: Fibre is fully equipped with CCTV at all entry points and inside the venue. This footage is regularly reviewed to ensure safety.
- Incident Reporting: Any incidents involving entry refusals or security concerns will be recorded in an incident log for internal review and compliance.
